Islamic History Month Conversation Circle

Have ever wondered why some women wear the hijab while other women don't?

Have you ever wondered how Islamophobia affects the Islamic community?

Do you want to learn more about notable Muslim women in Canada?

This conversation circle will address these questions and more!

In celebration of Canadian Islamic History Month and Women's History Month, Saskatchewan Intercultural Association has partnered with the Canadian Council of Muslim Women to bring together a one hour virtual conversation circle. We will discuss the diversity in the Islamic community, breakdown myths and misconceptions, address Islamophobia, and celebrate incredible Canadian Muslim women.

All in attendance will be entered to win one of three Global Story Boxes, funded through the Multicultural Council of Saskatchewan.
